After tallying favorites, pageviews, and positive feedback, the winner of deviantWEAR's Creative Battle has been chosen! ::drum roll please::

Good vs. Evil received an overwhelming response from those who voted.  With almost 400 favorites, 3300 pageviews, and 200 comments it was our clear winner.

Mythical Creatures Design Challenge!
Remember reading about Greek and Roman mythology in school? What about the folklore you’ve heard while camping or during bedtime stories? We’re challenging you to harness those tales of old and make a design for a t-shirt featuring mythical creatures!
Think about fantastical beasts renowned in folklore and myth -- unicorns, dragons, and other mythical animals that you’ve seen in films or books. Now, get inspired by those creatures and let’s see something awesome!

What comes to mind when you hear the name Pablo Picasso? That’s right, it’s time to break it down, Cubism-style! For the first time ever, we are hosting a Messenger Bag Design Challenge! We want you to create an original design for the flap of the bag in the style of Cubism.
For this challenge, we are defining Cubism as an art style in which instead of depicting objects from one viewpoint, the artist depicts the subject from multiple viewpoints to represent the subject in a greater context. Often, the surfaces intersect at seemingly random angles, removing a coherent sense of depth. The background and object planes interpenetrate one another to create a shallow ambiguous space.

Hot Off the Press: Mythical Creatures Finalists!Beware the werewolves, witches, and released kraken, because after an incredibly amazing battle, the Finalists for the Mythical Creatures T-Shirt Design Challenge have been chosen! Thousands of deviants entered their Mythical Creature Designs to our challenge, and deviants from across the world then voted for their favorites. The top 100 most-voted-for designs were then passed to our panel of judges, $damphyr, $IreneAdler76, and $renonevada, to pick the two Finalists. After much deliberation and heated debate, the Finalists have been chosen! Each Finalist will receive $1,500 cash and 20 T-Shirts with their design to distribute amongst friends and family. Also, in addition to these awesome awards, each T-Shirt will be made available for purchase in the deviantART T-Shirts & Gear Shop!

Upon returning home, everyone found the Academy as they left it, in tip top shape.. well, almost.

The Headmaster had promised, (almost tearfully) that he would see his lovely Students and Staff when they got off the flight for home in the hidden airport outside the woods of the Academy. However, upon landing only one figure was there-- Ida--that is, if you could count Ida Rosalind, the Dorm Master of Kifel, and Remiel as 'one'.
Ida was a sight, rumpled as always and with an aloof far off stare she waved hollowly with one arm, her other arm rested in a sling.

If it was a bigger print on the shirt, it'd be worth buying. I've got no enthusiasm at all for shirts with just an a4 sized print on the chest. I'm all about top to bottom side to side fills.
